Wood St Coffee Roasters
Wood St Coffee is an independent specialty coffee roasters originally based in Walthamstow, East London. They started their journey in the summer of 2013, starting out as a weekly pop up at Wood Street Market (hence the name).
In 2020 their roastery relocated to a bigger, brighter industrial space in Saffron Walden, Essex to meet growing production demands.
Wood Street Coffee roasters ethically source their coffee through a partnership of importers and working directly with farmers. They only source single origin coffees which are roasted in small batches to bring out the best from each process, varietal and region.
We absolutely love the passion that the Wood Street team have for coffee and we are excited to feature them this week with their La Sopresa and Espirito Santo.
