Fountain Rock Coffee Roasters

Fountain Rock Coffee Roasters are a Jurassic Coast company based in Dorset founded by a Science & Technology professional who specialised in fibre optic sensing. Now, that is the start of a great feature roaster story!

Andrew Hall, the founder of Fountain Rock Coffee, decided to trade in his day job for his passion and signed himself up for numerous Speciality Coffee Association training courses to hone his sensory and roasting skills.

The result is Fountain Rock: a speciality coffee roaster based in the beautiful town of Weymouth who mindfully source the best coffees and apply cutting edge science and technology to skillfully roast and bring out the best flavour profiles of the beans. Fountain Rock update their offerings as the seasons change and the new crops arrive from around the coffee belt and we are excited to feature them this week with two coffees:

Sami Nensebo

An organic washed process mix of Kurume & Wolisho varieties; packed with peach and lemon notes entwined with a honey sweetness.
