Assembly Coffee Roasters

Based in Brixton, London Assembly coffee started out in 2014 and wanted to be different to other roasters. They began with research into other restaurants and coffee shops, giving them their vision to source and roast the highest quality specialty coffees in the world while also being a coffee roastery that would maintain a customer perspective and be dynamic, innovative and responsive.

Assembly coffee roast coffee in small batches on a 15kg Loring Smart Roast and our Q-Grade certified staff perform quality control on every batch in our Roaster’s Lab.

We are super excited to feature Assembly Coffee with their AY blend.

AY blend
A blend of Brazil – Fazenda Dona Alayade, Burundi – Izuba & Colombia – El Carmen. The blend is designed to be versatile, suited to milk and black drinks equally and tastes sweet & clean with a rich body, and a viscous mouthfeel.
