How to make Espresso coffee

The traditional method which brews coffee under high pressure to extract rich and intense flavours. 

Preparation

Fine - Espresso or Wholebean

    1 minute

      16-18g


        Instructions

        1. Fill the portafilter basket with 16-18g of coffee.
        2.  Using a tamper, push down on the coffee applying even pressure.
        3. Ensure the coffee is level.
        4. Put the portafilter into the group head.
        5. Place the cup on the scales and set to tare.
        6. Press to start the water, stop at 36g.
        7. Enjoy your espresso shot or get creative with some milk.
